Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responding to Guest complaints over Social Media
  • Segmenting Guest Profiles using data analytics
  • Executing Segment based strategies through Guest Calling, Feedbacks and Whatsapp blasts
  • Making and Publishing Weekly/monthly reports
  • Creating Heat maps for Customer complaints
  • Follow up and Resolution of issues with multiple stake holders
  • Explore new technology solutions in the domain

Criteria:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Relationship
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Working knowledge or interest in Restaurant industry or Customer Centric Business
  • Understanding of Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Zomato, Swiggy, Google my Business platforms
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheets and interest in working with Data
