Role & Responsibilities:
- Responding to Guest complaints over Social Media
- Segmenting Guest Profiles using data analytics
- Executing Segment based strategies through Guest Calling, Feedbacks and Whatsapp blasts
- Making and Publishing Weekly/monthly reports
- Creating Heat maps for Customer complaints
- Follow up and Resolution of issues with multiple stake holders
- Explore new technology solutions in the domain
Criteria:
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Relationship
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Working knowledge or interest in Restaurant industry or Customer Centric Business
- Understanding of Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Zomato, Swiggy, Google my Business platforms
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets and interest in working with Data
