Weight loss
I am always looking for healthy ways to lose weight. I have recently lost quite a lot of weight but I want to get a little bit more off. I do also want to make sure that I am eating healthily because I want to show a good example to my children. I do not want to starve myself or eat very small quantities of high calorie foods just because I like them. I want to eat enough food but have the right foods, containing the right nutrients. I have been looking into way of how to lose weight without dieting because I know that this is the only way to maintain weight loss. I have realised that if I eat healthy foods and manage my portion sizes all of the time then I should be able to remain at a healthy weight without worrying. I have decided to make sure that there is no unhealthy food in the house and then if I really want something like cakes, biscuits or sweets then just to buy a very small amount of them so that it is just enough to have a taste and that is it. I am also looking into my medical history to find out about the causes of Hypothyroidism to find out if what I am eating can help my condition as well.
