My iPod is frozen, HELP ME!?
1. take out the battery!
2. hole the middle button and the menue button for 8 seconds.
3. I think you use the middle button (round) and the play button and hold them down at the same time to reset.
4. i never heard of the ipod “nana”, lol
Hod the menu button for ten seconds!!!
5. take it to the shop to exchange it..
6. i had that problem before, too. i just waited for about a day or so, and it unfroze… if it doesnt, i dont know, sorry…
7. Hard reset.
Press Menu & Center until it reboots…

8. hold the center button and the menu button..hold them both down for like 10 seconds..it should restart..keep doing that for a while…if not call apple, because you have a problem
9. Turn hold on and off then press and hold the middle and menu button at the same time until the screen shows an apple…u should be set

13. Try plugging it into your charger,or you can open up the case and unhook the battery wires and rehook them back up

16. Put it in the microwave and set the microwave to defrost: (iPod nano code #)

19. ok first you turn it off by holding doun pause then turn it on by doing it agian or it might just be turned off
20. remove the batteries for a minute to shut it down. When you replace them and power it back up it will be reset. Thats what I do with mine. IT WORKS EVERY TIME!
21. Yes, hold the menu and center buttons…for about 5 seconds or until the apple logo shows up (it will be kinda dark for a while)…if it don’t work, keep trying…

Try it while it’s off.
If you did and it didn’t work, plug it into a computer, open Itunes, and restore it, but make sure your music is backed up.

26. Try switching the hold back and forth very fast a few times. that should unlock it. If that don’t work let the battery run completely dead, then restore it. If that don’t work then the little hard drive is out. You might need a new hard drive.Also try holding the middle button down and the enter button down at the same time for about 15 seconds
27. i have an iPod, this has happened to me aswell, follow instructions:
1. Switch the hold buttong back and forth about 10 times.
2. Hold down the menu button and then hold down the center button.
3. You should be now holding down the menu and center buttong at the same time.
4. Your iPod should restart now.
28. Restart your ipod by holding the Menu and the Center button together at the same time and hold them until you see the ipod logo on the screen. This means it is restarting. (While doing this make sure your ipod is not on hold.)
29. like if u unplug ir wrong it will mess up. and if u stick it in the ipod wrong (the cord) it will ess up . so unless you take it to the apple store or best buy u will have to buy another 1.
30. ok wow. that happen to me yesterday i swear. I was so pissed off. i waited for the battery to run out then recharged it and it worked. i dont know y it did that but wait for the battery to run out so it can work.
