If the weather is 20 degrees Celcius and the humidity is 100%, how hot would it FEEL?


hey i was wondering if the weather is 18 degrees CELCIUS and its 100% humidity, how hot would it actually feel?
(example: like, 24?)

20 deg Celsius at 100% humidity = HOT???

its 30 deg Celsius and 100% humidity all year round here…..

to me 20 deg Celsius at 100% humidity = in an air conditioned room…..like wat i am now in my office….
