ok im making homemade cookies from the back of the package of hershey choc chips and its kinda runny and tastes like flour what do i do??
Can it be fixed and how plzzz??
i followed the directions and everything!!!???
Refrigerate the dough, before baking. After putting a new batch on the cookie sheet, put the dough back in the fridge.
Put the cooled dough on a completely cooled cookie sheet. I use several at a time, so there is always a sheet that is totally cooled, before I put my next batch of cookie dough on it.
So, use cool dough, on a cool sheet and that will probably solve the problem for you.

You may have over mixed it. The butter may have gotten too soft. Try refrigerating it for about 30 minutes. That should firm up the dough. In warmer temps and the heat of a kitchen can do this. Refrigerate for a while then check back with us.
Yes I have a few of them ……. here is one of them ……. = )
Lemon and Garlic Roast Chicken
1 (5 to 6-pound) roasting chicken
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 large bunch fresh thyme
4 lemons
3 heads garlic, cut in 1/2 crosswise
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 pound sliced bacon
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup chicken stock
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Remove the chicken giblets. Rinse the chicken inside and out. Remove any excess fat and leftover pinfeathers and pat the outside dry. Place the chicken in a large roasting pan. Liberally salt and pepper the inside of the chicken. Stuff the cavity with the thyme, reserving enough thyme to garnish the chicken dish, 1 lemon, halved, and 2 halves of the garlic. Brush the outside of the chicken with the butter and sprinkle again with salt and pepper. Tie the legs together with kitchen string and tuck the wing tips under the body of the chicken. Cut 2 of the lemons in quarters and scatter the quarters and remaining garlic around the chicken. Lay the bacon slices over the chicken to cover.
Roast the chicken for 1 hour. Remove the bacon slices from the top of the chicken and set aside. Continue roasting the chicken for an additional 1/2 hour, or until the juices run clear when you cut between a leg and thigh. Remove to a platter and cover with aluminum foil while you prepare the gravy.
Remove all but 2 tablespoons of the fat from the bottom of the pan. Add the wine and chicken stock and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes, or until reduced by half.
Slice the chicken on a platter. Garnish the chicken platter with the bacon slices, roasted garlic, reserved thyme and 1 lemon, sliced. Serve with the gravy.

salt
pepper
½ tsp. paprika
¼ cup margarine

Deglaze pan with water. Add the lemon juice and return chicken to skillet. Heat briefly and serve over fettuccini.
A veritable powerhouse of nutritional goodness, the sweet potato is only distantly related to the potato. And don’t call it a yam—it’s not even the same species! The sweet potato is a flowering perennial vine in the same family as morning glories, with delicious, starchy, tuberous roots. A 4-ounce serving of sweet potato (about 1/2 cup) provides 390% daily value (DV) of vitamin A, 40% DV of vitamin C, 18% DV of fiber and 13% DV of potassium, plus vitamin E, iron, magnesium and phytochemicals like beta carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin, prompting the Center for Science in the Public Interest to call it one of the most nutritious vegetables in the land.

Both of the above answers are totally correct. I just wanted to add that they are FAT FREE!
Just another added benefit from the delicious tuber.
