I have just seen this most amazing aircraft for sale. I have been thinking about buying one for a long time but it is not something that you just buy on the spur of the moment! I have a D10 direct tv satellite receiver and a Tivo satellite receiver. I have herd that I can hook up the Tivo to the direct tv and still record programs but I can not figure it out. I am not paying for Tivo and will not start paying for it so please do not tell me to just buy it. I do not have a home phone and will not get that either. Please just tell me how to hook it up. Unfortunately that can’t be done unless you have one of the very early (series1) Tivo boxes. Starting with Series2 (and supposedly some of the later Series1’s) Tivo disabled the ability to record when not connected with a paid subscription. If you do decide to pay, you at least need an internet connection, it can be done without a phone line. Otherwise I would suggest Ebay’ing the Tivo and buying a DVD/HDD recorder.
